 It is required that students purchase a 20 – 22” toolbox or a knife case to carry their tools.
   Tools can be purchased as an entire kit or separately from your choice of suppliers
       

Uniform Requirements

Jacket White double-breasted jacket with white knot buttons.  El Centro logo and text above the left breast pocket – Model PKWC
Pants Black & white, small hound’s-tooth checked, baggy or traditional cut. – Model NBCP
Chef’s Hat Small floppy hat in black or white only. – Model TOCPWHT or TOCPBLK
Neckerchief White knotted or tied cravat style. – Model NECK
Apron White, utility, not bib style. – Model B4 (short), or B4LG (long)
Shoes Black, comfortable, commercial-style, laced shoes with rubber sole and leather uppers.
Socks White, plain, no ankle socks, stripes or emblems.
Tee Shirt  White, no lettering, designs or insignia.
