Weekly Menu

Each Thursday afternoon, the Food and
Hospitality Institute prepares a complete four course meal.

Dining Room, room C100.
Access to the dining room from the Market St. entrance.


Cost is still very affordable at $12.00 and reservations are required!

To make a reservation, call 214-860-2217. Once your reservation
is made, you may call 214-860-2048 to pay by credit card.

Tickets go on sale at 9:00AM Friday mornings.

Seating for lunch is from 11:30 until 12:00.

Louisiana Sunburst Salad


 Entree:

Fish with Pecan Meuniere Sauce
Trinity Rice Pilaf, Asparagus with Toasted Anchovies, Cherry Tomato and Lemon


 Breads:

Brioche, French Bread and Creole Tomato Bread


 Dessert:

Chocolate Bread Pudding with Rum Flambee Sauce
